This table aims to show you that there are consequences of not sticking to your dietary plan. Every excess in calories you consume needs to be countered by (more) exercise. Or else……you loose. And that would be real shame. Physical activity is the best possible medicine, your best aid to sticking to your dietary plan. If you fail to meet your plan once in a while then that’s ok. We are all human! Just make sure you do the extra exercise to avoid these extra calories to turn into fat.
